Payments, Returns and Cancellations

In the case where payment is taken at the time of your order, SW & C Jacksons Opticians will issue a full refund or replacement in the following instances:

• Product is supplied damaged.
• Product is supplied to the wrong specification.
• The products do not arrive within 14 days of the dispatch date (please advise us within 21 days of order if goods have not been delivered. SW & C Jacksons Opticians may refuse to accept future orders from those who have made previous unsubstantiated claims for non delivery of goods).
• We are unable to fulfil your order for any reason.

In all cases, please contact us for a returns reference when you wish to return a product. We will only accept returned products in the original packaging provided, and a restocking fee may be applied for some return items.

Cooling Off Period

We will issue a full refund to the value of the product (but not shipping costs) if you return any products for any reason ordered by you within 7 working days from the delivery date. All products must be returned in the original packaging provided.

In all instances, you should contact SW & C Jacksons Opticians to request a returns reference. A refund will be issued following receipt of the goods within 30 days of that date.

Delivery

Delivery will be made to the address given on your order as soon as possible.

Delivery time is normally:

• 2 - 3 working days for stock items.
• 3 - 5 working days for non – stock items.
• We will notify you if there is a longer delivery time.

All items will be dispatched FREE using Royal Mail or courier services or in accordance with information on delivery costs appertaining to any purchase via our online shopping facilities.

We can only deliver within the United Kingdom under our standard terms and conditions. For deliveries outside the UK, please contact us for information.
