Obviously, we supply straight forward single vision lenses for standard prescriptions. Frequently however, our patients prescriptions or lifestyles demand one of the types of lenses described below:

Bifocals

Lenses with two prescriptions that enable you to see long distance and read in the same pair of glasses. No more scrabbling around looking for the right pair of glasses!

Varifocals

Hoyalux Summit Pro is a progressive lens that corrects the change from far to near vision in a completely natural way.

Hoyalux Summit CD utilises the same calculation technology as Hoyalux Summit Pro, and is especially designed for small, fashionable frames to give natural vision at all distances.

Hoyalux Wide is a progressive lens with an extra-wide reading area, compared to standard progressive lenses.

Hoyalux GP is Hoya’s standard progressive lens.

Drivewear

Drivewear is the first photochromic lens designed to work specifically behind a car windscreen. Polarised photochromatic lenses from Transitions™ Drivewear's 3 different stages are designed to maximise your eye's natural abilities in each of the different light conditions you encounter both outside in direct light and behind the windscreen of a car.

In Low Light/Overcast Conditions Drivewear's polarised lenses are a light to medium shade. The polarised lenses remove glare and maximise useful light information reaching your eye for optimum visual acuity.

With Bright Light Behind Windshield Drivewear lenses become copper. The polarised lenses remove glare and control the intensity, providing you with good traffic signal recognition, highlighting red and green colors.
